Tips
-
Use lists for recurring categories - Create lists for things like Groceries, Home, Appointments so tasks are organized automatically
-
Assign for accountability - Assigning tasks makes it clear who's responsible and prevents duplicated effort
-
Pin sparingly - Only pin truly important tasks, otherwise your Pinned section becomes overwhelming
-
Set due dates for deadlines - Tasks with due dates appear in your Feed, helping you stay on top of what's coming
-
Mark complete immediately - When you finish a task, mark it complete right away so both you and your partner know it's done
-
Use @mentions for context - Mention a location or person in your task description to add helpful context
-
Toggle completed to review - Periodically show completed tasks to review what's been accomplished
-
Use "Any time" for flexible tasks - If a task is due on a certain day but not at a specific time, toggle "Any time" to hide the time picker
